In years 1983-1987 he studied a program: rehabilitation on the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at the Charles University in Prague.

His habilitation topic was Sensomotoric diagnosis by painful back and root syndromes L5 and S1 in 2012 he was became a professor of the Charles University.

From 1989 he worked as an assistant on a rehabilitation clinic FDL UK (2nd medical faculty of Charles university) in Motol, Prague.

From 1999 till now he is a headmaster of a rehabilitation clinic and sports medicine of a 2nd medical faculty, he is also a associate dean for bachelor and masters studies.

Pavel Kol also actively publishes, he published more than 140 articles in czech magazines as well as in foreign magazines.

Base of this concept is in elementary principle of the human motorics, which are indication of the condition of the control function.

Therefore even from a plain observation of the movement behavior of a person we can determine the level of development of the central nervous system and its control accuracy.

Very important and fundamental thing is that thanks to a feedback for interference of the central nervous system and thus also to a permanent adjustment of the movement patterns.

Underlying advantage of this concept is that not only can we diagnose the physical level of the person, but also very effectively and permanently influence the optimization.
